Marleen Tassé Health Services is a private health care clinic and placement agency. On March 1st 1989, Marleen Tassé and her husband Jean Tassé, started the first private nursing agency in the Outaouais region.

 

From 2013 to 2019 : A Remarkable Turn and a Growing Business

In November 2013, the nursing clinic welcomed its first Director General, Karine Silva. “Her appointment enables my associate and husband, Jean Tassé, and myself to anticipate eventual retirement and pass the baton of the company we built many years ago now. The clinic has strong momentum, having expanded its service offerings to meet the growing health needs of its clientele,” said Mrs. Tassé.

As a business woman and communications expert, Karine has put her University degree in communications as well as her skills in project management and planning at the forefront of her career. She has acquired 20 years of work experience in the economic development of the French speaking world throughout Canada and Europe permitting her to flourish in business affairs, human resources, strategic planning as well as personal and group coaching. Karine’s fascination for human interactions brought her pursue her further her education following the Professional Coaching Program at the École de Coaching de Gestion Inc, a certified and internationally renowned program.

Her passions for human relations, their wellbeing and health, an interest she has always had at heart, combined with her entrepreneurial skills have given her the momentum to proudly carry the torch as director general of the Services de santé Marleen Tassé enterprise.


Incredible Growth

The past 3 decades paved a long and beautiful path for our company. But just like needs change throughout time in society and in the health system, MTHS decided to do a major pivot 5 years ago. Whereas before we used to focus mainly on placing nursing personnel, we started implementing 5 years ago strategies to leverage our clinic.

Thanks to our experienced and passionate team, we’ve developed specialised services in the following fields:

  • International travel health, to become THE reference in vaccination in the Outaouais area;

  • Family medicine;

  • Occupational medicine;

  • Women’s health;

  • STI screening;

  • Drug and alcohol screening;

  • Nutrition; and

  • Other clinical care.

Late Arrival Policy

In our efforts to offer the best care and minimize wait time for all our patients, we implemented a late arrival policy. If you are late for your appointment, please notify us immediately by text message at 819-200-9119 or by phone at 819-595-0790

  • If you are less than 10 minutes late : the allowed time will be reduced but it is still possible for us to provide service for the care needed.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late : the reduced time may be considerable and we may not have enough time to fully accommodate the type of service or care needed.

You will have the choice to:

  • Attend your appointment knowing that we may not be able to accommodate the full appointment time required for your health care and you may have to schedule another appointment for completion of the assessment; or

  • Reschedule another appointment in order to maximize your appointment time with our health professional.

All clients are encouraged to arrive at the office 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to register and complete any required paperwork. 

 

Cancellation policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24h prior to the scheduled date and time. Fees equivalent to 50% of the appoinment price will be charged for all appointments cancelled with less than 24h notice or for no shows.
